| Just stopping by to relive some old memories. My father, Howard G. McClay was a pilot at TWA for over 25 years, retired on the L1011 Tri-Star and was last based out of LAX. Although he is no longer with us, I'm glad he flew to heaven before the demise of this great airline. | |||

Paul - As I recall at the top of the escalator in the satellite bldg was the coffee shop. There was a small info counter - not sure what gate it was next to. It was manned by ground stewardesses - then it was Andrea Nolan and Liz Ferguson, to mention a couple. Were you ever a ramp supv at LAX ? JP |

Curious to find out if "new member" (from last year) Alton McCoy is same Alton McCoy I worked commissary with at ORD in mid '60s. Recall sharing many a late breakfast off the "Top-Off" truck. |

| I just discovered this great site, I can't believe I didn't know about it. You guys did a fabulous job! It is wonderful to keep in touch with our TWA family. I was at the EX-LAX Reunion in Pasadena yesterday and had such a good time seeing old friends and reminiscing about the wonderful trips we took, the TWA First Class and the days you could get ON a flight. Hope to see everyone in December at the Proud Bird! | |||
